Our Experience: “Simply Donabe” with Naoko Takei Moore
We recently had the pleasure of attending the “Simply Donabe with Naoko Takei Moore” class on April 25, 2026, and it was an unforgettable afternoon.
Ms. Naoko is a celebrated culinary expert and the author of the beautiful cookbooks “Simply Donabe” and “Donabe: Classic and Modern Japanese Clay Pot Cooking.” During the class, we learned the rich history and versatile techniques of cooking with a traditional Japanese clay pot. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and wonderfully educational. As a special bonus for this specific class, our ticket even included a copy of her cookbook and a personalized autograph from the chef herself!
