When dining at Benihana restaurant, you’re assigned to your own personal chef. Not only does your chef fire up premium steaks and seafood over a hibachi grill, he also performs daring stunts with knives and fireballs – right at your table!
We encourage you to experience Benihana, one of Honolulu’s finest Japanese restaurants.
To get to Benihana, ride Waikiki Trolley Pink Line and get off at Hilton Hawaiian Village (Stop 10). The entrance of the restaurant is marked by a traditional water wheel and Japanese garden.
On the menu at Benihana, you’ll find specialty sushi rolls, crave-worthy cuts of steak and chicken, and an onion soup that’s been a signature item since 1964. The Hibachi Chicken Rice, another signature, features grilled chicken, garlic-flavored butter, egg and chopped vegetables. Your chef also can add tender slabs of lobster and tuna to your meal.

A visit to Benihana is not complete without sampling its famous dipping sauces. The Mustard Sauce is a concoction of garlic, soy sauce and specialty mustard, while the Ginger Sauce boasts hints of onion, soy sauce, garlic, lemon and pungent ginger.
Benihana treats its guests just like family. When you register for the Chef’s Table promotion, Benihana will send you special offers plus a $30 certificate during the month of your birthday. Young guests ages 12 and younger also can enroll in the Kabuki Kids program, which honors children on their birthdays.
