1. I purchased 4 Waikiki Trolley passes on line and they all have my name on them. Can my family/friends still use them?

Yes, the purchaser’s name will appear on the pass for our records but does not need to match the user.
2. I purchased my Waikiki Trolley tickets on line but I don’t have access to a printer. What do I do?
Come to our convenient Waikiki Trolley Ticket Booth in Waikiki and we will be able to issue your tickets. (See FAQ #3 for ticket booth locations.)

3. Where can I buy Waikiki Trolley tickets in Waikiki?

T Galleria by DFS on the corner of Royal Hawaiian Ave and Kalakaua Ave. The ticket booth and depot are in the garage level accessed through the back lobby of the building.

4. Can I buy tickets on board The Waikiki Trolley?

Yes you can!

5. Are there any limitations to getting on and off the trolleys?

With a valid pass, your re-boarding privileges are unlimited. Stay on or get off at any designated Waikiki Trolley stop you want at any time.

6. If I use a wheelchair, can I ride The Waikiki Trolley?

Yes! All our Pink and Blue Line vehicles are wheelchair friendly. On our Red, Green, and Purple lines there is one wheelchair lift-equipped trolley per line so these trolleys come by at a bit longer interval. Feel free to call our depot at 808-926-7604 to find out when the next ADA vehicle is arriving!

7. Do I have to use my 4-day pass on four consecutive days?

You can use your 4-day pass in any four-day combination within a 7-day period.

8. Do I have to use my 7-day pass on 7 consecutive days?

You can use your 7-day pass in any seven-day combination within a 10-day period.

9. Where can I find assistance?

There are Waikiki Trolley Customer Service Representatives located at two stops throughout the Honolulu area.  They are available at the following locations:

T GALLERIA BY DFS: MON-SAT 8:00AM-9:00PM, SUN  8:00AM-8:00PM
ALA MOANA CENTER (ocean side): MON-SAT 9:00AM-10:00PM, SUN & HOLIDAYS 9:00AM-8:00PM

10. Does the Waikiki Trolley go to the Arizona Memorial?

As of April 1, 2016 The Waikiki Trolley’s new Purple Line will service a stop across from The Arizona Memorial, with access to the USS Missouri and The Pacific Aviation Museum. You can also book a Pearl Harbor Tour through our sister company, E Noa Tours.

11. Does The Waikiki Trolley go to Hanauma Bay?

Yes we do. However, Hanauma Bay is a nature preserve and the number of visitors allowed is strictly controlled by the City of Honolulu. The Waikiki Trolley can bring you to the top rim of the crater for some awesome photo taking but we cannot just drop you off. If you came with us, you must leave with us!

12. Does the Waikiki Trolley go to Diamond Head so I can hike to the summit?

Yes! Take our Green Line. It goes right into the crater and will come back later to whisk you back to Waikiki.

13. Can The Waikiki Trolley take me from Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki or from Waikiki to Honolulu International Airport?

At this point in time, The Waikiki Trolley does not service Honolulu International Airport.

14. Does The Waikiki Trolley go to Aulani Disney Resort and Spa?

Disney Aulani Resort is on the West side of O’ahu. The Waikiki Trolley services the Waikiki, Downtown, and Eastern Coastline. Please call Aulani for your best transportation option.
