Where can I buy tickets?

Online right here at waikikitrolley.com or visit our desk located in the lobby level of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, open daily from 8am-5pm

Can I pay on the trolley?

Yes, our drivers can accept cash payment for tickets. Tickets can also be purchased online, or at your favorite Waikiki activity desk.

Can I bring a wheelchair?

Yes, all of our vehicles are ADA compliant with wheelchair lifts. For best service we suggest starting tours at stop #1 so that our staff members can assist you.

How can I rent a private trolley?

Renting your own trolley is an easy process and starts by getting a quote. From there, our charter representative will assist you in getting your trolley rental for your special occasion or event.

Do I have to use my 4-Day or 7-Day pass on consecutive days?

No, you don’t have to use your 4-day or 7-day pass in consecutive days. You can break up usage days within seven days (for 4-day passes) or ten days (for 7-day passes).

Do i have to use my 1-day pass with free second day on consecutive days?

Yes, 1 Day passes with a free second day must be used on consecutive days.
