We joined the Ultimate Pearl Harbor and Island Circle Tour with Big John on Oahu, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable and well-balanced day trip that combined meaningful history with beautiful scenery. I booked my Pearl Harbor tour through E Noa Tours / Waikiki Trolley, and overall, it turned out to be a smooth and well-organized experience. The pickup from Waikiki was on time and hassle-free, which already sets a good tone.The driver Chico was friendly and shared some local insights along the way, which made the ride more engaging rather than just a transfer. Once you reach Pearl Harbor, most of the experience is self-guided, which I actually preferred—it lets you absorb the place at your own pace. If you want a stress-free, reliable way to visit Pearl Harbor, this is a solid choice. They take care of all the logistics so you can focus on the experience itself.

We had the most incredible experience with E Noa Tours and Waikiki Trolley and our tour guide Narni! From start to finish, the day was seamless, informative, and so much fun. Narni was absolutely outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of local insights that you just wouldn’t get exploring on your own. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, kept the energy high, and shared fascinating history about Pearl Harbor and Oahu. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it made the whole experience even more memorable. The tour itself was perfectly organised, stress-free, and fantastic value. Transport was comfortable, timing was spot on, and we got to see so many beautiful locations without feeling rushed. If you’re visiting Oahu, I highly recommend booking this tour — and if you’re lucky enough to get Narni as your guide, you’re in for an amazing day. The morning of, we accidentally went to the location listed on expedia and not the text message. Be aware to use the text message address. Thankfully, E Noa rebooked us for the next tour. Thank you for that, as it was quite full. I would not recommend going on a tour of Pearl Harbor. Just go yourself. All the tour offers is a ride from the strip in Waikiki, some facts about the city and the navy base, and a ride back. It just puts a time schedule on your experience, when otherwise you can just go at your own pace. In addition, the submarine ticket fare isnt included, which is an extra $25 per person. You are SOL if it is raining. The double decker bus offers no protection from the rain, so we we're getting pelted and drenched for the 45 minute drive back to our hotel. Pretty stupid, very dumb vehicle choice. Our tour guide, Nani (nah-knee) was excellent though and very kind. I felt bad for him as the rain and vehicle choice was not in his control. He was enthusiastic the whole time, even though no one could hear him on the drive back through the rain slamming into our faces. Just take an Uber, bus (if they go here), or rental car and go yourself. Tour is not worth it. Cheers
