I experienced truly exceptional customer service from this tour company from start to finish. First, I accidentally entered my email address incorrectly when booking and didn’t receive a confirmation. I reached out to them, and they quickly assisted me and promptly resent my confirmation. Next, I realized I had booked the wrong date (completely my mistake!). I called back the following day, and they were able to correct it without any issue. No hassle, no stress, just efficient and understanding service. The real lifesaver moment happened the day of the tour. I was arriving via cruise ship and hadn’t brought a clear purse with me, so I had ordered one from Amazon to pick up at a locker at Aloha Tower. I took an Uber who was supposed to wait and then take me to the tour pickup location (I didn’t realize how close everything was). Unfortunately, the Uber driver - who didn’t speak much English - left me there. I suddenly found myself wandering around, unsure where to go. At that exact time, a representative from E Noa Tours called to confirm which pier terminal my ship had arrived at, since it wasn’t what I originally indicated when booking. I explained my situation and that I was trying to figure out where I was after being left behind. I wish I could remember her name (Dawn maybe?), but she was AMAZING. I gave her nearby landmarks and bits of information so she could help pinpoint my location. Once we figured it out, she carefully directed me step by step to the correct pickup spot - and stayed on the phone with me until I was 100% heading in the right direction. That level of care and attention was beyond impressive. It was truly 100% the best customer service possible, and a complete lifesaver in that moment. From there, the tour itself was smooth and wonderful. I had the pleasure of having RJ as our tour guide - what a hoot! RJ, you need to do stand up comedy or become a radio host, you have the perfect voice and personality for it! He was engaging, funny, and provided a wealth of historical information throughout the tour. He made the experience both educational and incredibly entertaining. It was a memorable experience for me, and I’m so grateful for how everything turned out. Book with them - you will not be disappointed!

Tour was very organized and interesting. Our tour guide, Kimo, was so pleasant and welcoming. He shared his knowledge with us, and did a great job keeping us all together. The Pearl Harbor tour was more powerful and memorable than I expected. I recommend E-Noa, & this tour.
