Momi was fantastic! She walked us, guided us told us what we needed, made sure we got in and filled us with a lot of useful and helpful information. We booked the full day Pearl Harbor Tour with the added Battleship Missouri Tour and Aviation Museum. Absolutely breathtaking. It was so helpful having someone guide us to the major events and yet allowing us to manage our own navigation on how we managed our own time. Absolutely worth the money!

I'm irritated at the fact that I missed my 1:30 pick up even though I was at the pick up spot at 1:30! Had to wait for picked up at 2:10 or so still had to do more pick ups and got to my hotel closer to 3pm 2:55 or so. Granted my driver was a sweetheart but the system of pick up is awful. Will not be using them again. I much rather take the bus or order an Uber. Again my driver was so nice. But even when I called to see if I was at the right spot they were like go back I'm like here just making sure I was at the right place they seemed irritated. I wasn't going to write a review but they sent this and I hope it helps.

Our tour guide Keoki was amazing. We’ve taken many tours in the past several years, mostly in Europe and would have to say that Keoki was one of our favourite guides. His mission was to make sure that everyone on his tour would have a memorable experience. When our tour was over we felt like we were saying goodbye to a group of friends. As a side note if you see a review from someone who missed the bus because we were late getting to their stop I would like you to know that we were sitting at the front of the bus and observed what was happening. Keoki was very concerned and was communicating with the tour office. Please be aware everyone that having a working cell is needed so tour company’s can contact you if there is any problem.

Chico is a great tour guide, funny, knowledgeable, and kept the entire day easy and enjoyable 👍
