Please purchase the “ Waikiki Trolley All Lines Unlimited Pass + Waikele Shuttle Combo ” or the ` `Waikele Shopping Shuttle Round Trip Pass .”

<Trolley E-ticket>
After purchasing your ticket, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email. Please use this when riding the trolley. (If you print out your e-ticket, you can rest assured even if Wi-Fi is not available.)

<Waikele Shuttle E-Ticket>
Waikele Shuttle requires reservations. After purchasing your ticket, we will send you a separate email as soon as your seat is secured. (Seats are non-reserved.) Please show this to the driver when boarding the Waikele Shuttle. (You can also print out your e-ticket so you don’t have to worry if Wi-Fi isn’t available.)

<On the day of Waikele Shopping>
Please arrive at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the meeting time. Waikiki Trolley staff wearing orange shirts will guide you on your ride. When the shuttle arrives, show your ticket to the driver and board the shuttle.

<Arrival at Waikele>
Arrive at Waikele in about 30 to 45 minutes. (*Delays may occur due to road conditions such as natural traffic jams on weekday mornings and evenings or the tourist season.) Get off at the stop near Skechers in the center on the map above.

<Shopping and Dining>
Enjoy shopping and dining. Don’t forget to use the Waikiki Trolley exclusive coupon!

<Return trip>
Please wait for the shuttle at the stop near Skechers in the center of the above map at least 5-10 minutes before the departure time.

Arrive at Waikiki in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. (* Arrival may be delayed due to road conditions such as natural traffic jams on weekday mornings and evenings or tourist season.)
Return to the same location where you boarded the outbound shuttle.
